Welcome to

More than a yoga studio

A boutique infrared heated studio in West Point, built around one idea: that the little things are what make a practice worth coming back to.

Our story

Born from a vision for a studio that feels personal.

Flow Power Yoga was created to be more than a place to take a yoga class. It’s a boutique heated yoga studio designed to help you build strength, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming environment. Every detail has been intentionally chosen to create an experience you’ll look forward to returning to.

It began with a vision to create the kind of studio that feels personal, elevated, and genuinely welcoming, a place where every student is seen, supported, and challenged at their own pace. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years, the goal is simple: to help you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected than when you arrived.

Flow Power Yoga is woman-owned and local to West Point. Explore our heated yoga classes or see what to expect on your first visit.

“We believe the little things matter. The way you’re welcomed, the way a room feels, the way you’re cared for from beginning to end.”

Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Natosha.

I’m a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, and yoga instructor who believes movement has the power to change not only how we feel physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

My yoga journey began in 2009 at CorePower Yoga in my hometown of Minneapolis. In 2013, I completed my teacher training at the Sugarhouse location in Salt Lake City, and by early 2014, I moved to Los Angeles.

Before opening Flow Power Yoga, I taught heated yoga in Los Angeles at CorePower Yoga and Hot 8 Yoga, teaching students from every walk of life, including celebrities, professional athletes, complete beginners, and experienced yogis.

Alongside my years in healthcare, those experiences shaped the way I teach today: with thoughtful guidance, encouragement, and the belief that every person deserves to feel welcomed, supported, and successful. With 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, anatomy and safety are at the heart of my teaching. I love offering mindful, hands-on adjustments to help you feel supported and aligned.

My classes at Flow Power Yoga are a full sensory experience. I blend a vibrant Southern California vibe with carefully curated music and therapeutic aromatherapy.

I created Flow Power Yoga to bring that same elevated, boutique experience to Utah, and I can’t wait to welcome you into the studio.

A nurse and massage therapist teaching heated yoga isn’t a marketing line. It’s the reason the room is built the way it is.

Every Body Welcome. Every Body Supported.

Yoga isn’t about being flexible or looking a certain way. It’s about showing up exactly as you are. Whether it’s your first class, you’re recovering from an injury, or you’re looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find encouragement, thoughtful modifications, and a community that’s genuinely happy you’re here.

Flow Power Yoga is a space to move, breathe, challenge yourself, and connect with an incredible community. Whether you’re here to sweat, slow down, or simply take an hour for yourself, you’ll always be welcomed exactly as you are.
